Special interest in behavioural modification to facilitate small and simple changes in order to bring the body back into balance and allow it to repair much of the damage that was caused through not functioning the way it was designed to do. Is the driving force behind the development of the Breathing Well Program and pioneered the use of bio-feedback monitoring in the restoration of functional breathing and is internationally recognised as the leader in this field.

Physiotherapist with a special interest in optimising self-management of a wide range of respiratory disorders including asthma, snoring, sleep apnoea and other forms of sleep disordered breathing. Spent four years teaching in the Discipline of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney and is still involved in Community Respiratory Care Programs operating out of Sutherland Hospital.

This is a discipline that examines every facet of foot and gait movement and mechanics in order to determine the cause of poor foot posture and is very different from the usual provision of orthotics from a podiatrist or chiropractor. Orthotists focus on re-educating foot and leg muscles to bring the feet back into balance rather than using a piece of plastic as a prop or a crutch.
